Rosewood Doha, A New 5-Star Luxury Hotel, Opens July 15 Along Lusail Marina

Rosewood Doha, the latest addition to Qatar’s luxury hospitality scene, is set to open its doors on July 15, 2025, with reservations now open for stays beginning that day. Nestled along the stunning Lusail Marina promenade, the hotel promises an unmatched experience with 155 rooms and suites, 162 fully serviced apartments, and 276 exclusive Rosewood Residences.

Managed by Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, a globally acclaimed brand known for its “A Sense of Place” philosophy, the property brings a unique blend of heritage, elegance, and contemporary luxury to Doha. The design, led by Ibrahim Jaidah and styled by Lilian Wu, draws from Qatar’s rich marine heritage. Architectural elements inspired by coral formations, dhow boats, and seashells, along with asymmetric mashrabiya patterns, infuse the property with a deep sense of place.

Inside, art curated by Visto reflects the country’s landscapes and stories. Guest suites and residences feature works by Yasser Al Mulla, while public areas showcase photography by Eng. Azzam Al-Mannai. Signature suites also highlight bespoke chinaware designed by Ghada Al Khater, adding a refined cultural touch.

Dining at Rosewood Doha is an experience in itself. The hotel houses eight diverse dining concepts.
In line with the brand’s commitment to local partnerships, Rosewood Doha collaborates with Qatari farmer Jassim Al Kuwari of Blessed Land Farm, ensuring sustainably grown ingredients from farm to table.

Guests will also enjoy access to Asaya, Rosewood’s members-only Social Wellness Club, which offers holistic wellness experiences, hydrotherapy, movement rituals, and custom wellness programs that merge tradition with innovation.

For those looking to stay longer, Rosewood Residences offer a sophisticated living experience with one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes that blend the comforts of private residences with the world-class services of a luxury hotel. Interiors reflect Qatar’s natural beauty through the use of sustainable materials, local art, and design inspired by the desert and sea.
