Dugong Family partners with Qatar Cricket Association in a new strategic collaboration aimed at introducing cricket to children and families across Qatar in an engaging and entertaining way.

As part of this long-term partnership, Dugong’s popular IP character, Oscar, has been officially appointed as the Cricket Ambassador. Through this role, Oscar will bring the excitement and spirit of cricket to life for young visitors, helping them explore the sport through play-based learning and interactive experiences.

Oscar will have a permanent presence inside Dugong Adventure Theme Park, where cricket-themed activities, immersive games, and family-friendly experiences will be introduced. These activities are designed to make cricket accessible, fun, and easy to understand for children of all ages, encouraging curiosity, teamwork, and active participation.

This initiative supports youth development and aligns with Qatar National Vision 2030, combining education, entertainment, and sports within a safe and family-focused destination. By blending sport with creativity and storytelling, the partnership aims to inspire the next generation while strengthening family engagement through shared experiences.
