Relative humidity levels are expected to rise across Qatar starting tonight, Sunday, August 16, and continuing until the morning of Tuesday, August 18, 2026.

The Qatar Meteorology Department said weather conditions will be favorable for the formation of mist and fog during this period. Horizontal visibility may fall to less than 2 kilometres and could sometimes reach zero visibility.

Motorists are advised to exercise caution, particularly during periods of reduced visibility, and to take care while travelling.

The weather conditions are expected to continue until Tuesday morning, August 18.
