The Qatar Toy Festival has announced a temporary closure following the declaration of a period of national mourning after the passing of Qatar’s Father Amir, His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani.
In a statement issued to visitors, the festival confirmed that it will be closed for four days, beginning today, Sunday, July 12, 2026, and will not receive visitors during this period.
The festival is scheduled to reopen and welcome guests again on Thursday, July 16, 2026.
Organizers thanked visitors for their understanding, patience, and cooperation during the national mourning period.
