The 2026-2027 academic year in Qatar will begin with students returning to school on August 30, 2026. Parents can also note the main breaks and important school dates throughout the academic year.

The midterm break will take place from October 25-29, 2026, with students returning to school on November 1, 2026.

The mid-year break begins on December 20, 2026. Students will return for the second term on January 2, 2027.

A further extended weekend is scheduled for March 31-April 1, 2027, with students returning after the break on April 24, 2027.
