The global ranking evaluated tax-free destinations based on affordability and quality of living for people planning to move abroad. Factors considered in the report included rent prices, average salaries, utility expenses, property costs, and overall living expenses.

The report highlighted Qatar’s strong average salaries combined with zero personal income tax, making it one of the most attractive destinations for expatriates seeking financial benefits and a high standard of living.
