The Primary Health Care Corporation (PHCC) has confirmed that all services are operating as normal across its health centres, ensuring continued access to primary healthcare services for patients across Qatar.
PHCC operates a total of 31 health centres serving communities across the country. Patients can continue to book, cancel, or reschedule appointments through the PHCC appointment line by calling 107.
PHCC also provides 24-hour Urgent Care Services for registered patients with non-life-threatening conditions at 14 health centres. These centres include Rawdat Al Khail, Gharrafat Al Rayyan, Al Kaaban, Al Sheehaniya, Al Ruwais, Muaither, Abu Baker Al Siddiq, Umm Slal, Al Mashaf, Al Sadd, Al Karaana, Leabaib, Al Wajbah, and Thumama.
In addition to in-person services, patients can access virtual and telephone consultations with physicians by contacting the PHCC Call Center at 16000. These services are available seven days a week from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM, offering convenient access to medical advice from home.
PHCC also offers a medication refill and home delivery service. Patients can request refills by sending a WhatsApp message saying “Hello” to their registered health centre’s dedicated number, which can be found on the PHCC website. Requests can be made Sunday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, or by calling 16000 or 107 for assistance. The delivery service fee ranges from QR 20 to QR 30, and a valid health card is required.
Patients can also manage healthcare services using the Nar’aakom mobile application. The app allows users to manage appointments, view health card details, renew health cards, update assigned health centres or physicians, and manage dependent accounts.
