With the growing popularity of electric scooters as a mode of personal transportation, authorities are urging riders to adhere strictly to safety guidelines to avoid accidents and legal consequences.

MOI emphasized that wearing a helmet is essential for personal safety and that excessive speed increases the risk of accidents and injuries. Riders are also advised to avoid roads designated for motor vehicles. Staying alert while riding and maintaining proper control by holding the handlebar with both hands are also key elements of safe riding behavior.
