Hamad International Airport has announced that flight operations remain temporarily suspended, stressing that the safety of passengers and employees is its top priority.

Passengers have been advised not to proceed to the airport until further notice. Operations will resume only after the Qatar Civil Aviation Authority confirms the safe reopening of Qatari airspace.

Qatar Airways confirmed on Monday that the temporary suspension of its flights will continue due to the ongoing closure of Qatari airspace.

The airline noted that operations will resume once the aviation authority announces that airspace has safely reopened. A further update will be issued on March 03 at 09:00 Doha time (06:00 UTC).
