Novel features and updates have been added to the Google Translate App, including AI-powered translation.

The new updates include a tool that provides users with the option to select the optimal AI model for translation needs, Google has announced.

Google highlighted that the application would include changes to the User Interface (UI), including combining the microphone icon, handwriting input, and paste into a single row at the bottom of the text box, thereby making the UI more organized.

It clarified that the AI model selection tool will be placed under the Google Translate title, offering two options: a fast model that improves speed and efficiency, as well as an advanced model that specializes in accuracy using the intelligent ‘Gemini’ assistant.
