Youth Fest 2026: Three Days of Learning, Creativity and Opportunity
Youth Fest 2026

Youth Fest 2026 will bring young people, organisations and the wider community together for three days focused on learning, creativity, cultural identity and future opportunities. Taking place from 5 to 7 November 2026, the festival aims to empower young people in Qatar through hands-on experiences, workshops, youth showcases and opportunities to connect with organisations and industries. Designed primarily for young people aged 13 to 19, Youth Fest is intended to be more than a festival to attend. It encourages participants to get involved, develop practical skills, express their creativity, collaborate with others and discover opportunities that can support their future goals.

Three Days, Three Themes

Each day of Youth Fest 2026 will focus on a different theme. Thursday, 5 November, will centre on Possibility, encouraging young people to discover new interests and explore what they can achieve. Friday, 6 November, will focus on Identity, creating space to explore cultural identity, belonging and individual contributions. Saturday, 7 November, will focus on Action, encouraging participants to turn their ideas, skills and connections into practical next steps.

Three Festival Zones

The festival at the Expo Building includes three zones designed to encourage participation and interaction.
I. Labs will focus on learning, making and experimentation, with workshops covering areas such as technology, design, storytelling and enterprise. Contributors include Studio 5, with sessions designed to help participants develop skills, create work or identify practical next steps.

II. Village will provide a space for food, socialising and spending time together. The zone will also feature scheduled youth showcases, with sound coordinated across the festival.

III. Impact will connect young people with organisations and youth companies. Participating organisations will have opportunities to present their work, run activities and provide clear ways for young people to get involved in programmes and other opportunities.

Building Skills, Connections and Confidence

Youth Fest aims to help young people take away three key benefits: a stronger sense of belonging through cultural confidence and community connections, practical skills developed through teamwork and creative problem-solving, and access to opportunities such as mentoring and programmes that extend beyond the festival.

The event also provides a platform for organisations, companies and community groups to engage directly with Qatar’s youth community, introduce young people to their sectors, recruit participants for programmes and demonstrate their impact on youth development. With its focus on participation, practical learning and meaningful connections, Youth Fest 2026 aims to bring young people and organisations together around a shared goal of empowering and developing the next generation.
