The signing ceremony of Dugong Adventure World was recently held in Doha. The agreement was formally executed between Ms. Vivian Chen, CEO & Founder of Dugong Family IP, and Sheikh Hamad bin Mohamed Al Thani, duly representing the ownership entity of 900 Park. This event marks a significant milestone as the Qatari-inspired Dugong Family IP advances toward the realization of its dedicated theme park.

The Dugong Family IP, aligned with the principles of Qatar National Vision 2030, is structured around five core pillars: environmental protection, education & arts, sportsmanship, aviation, and tourism. In partnership with schools and government bodies, the IP integrates real news stories into creative narratives designed to educate and inspire children through entertainment.

Over the coming five years, the Dugong Family brand aims to extend its cultural footprint globally, promoting Arab heritage and values through IP-based storytelling. Dugong Adventure World will provide families with direct interaction with the IP’s animated characters, offering a unique blend of cultural education and entertainment.

Effective from Q1 2026, Dugong Adventure World theme park will be featured at 900 Park, serving as a landmark destination that unites education, entertainment, and Qatari cultural values.
