Since its launch, the Doha Metro has successfully transported more than 228 million riders. With an average of 99.84% in performance metrics such as regularity, punctuality, and availability, the Metro has consistently demonstrated its operational excellence.
The network includes 37 stations that serve key destinations across Doha. More than 25 major sports events have been served by the Metro, emphasizing its vital role during high-demand occasions.
Customer satisfaction has reached 99.91%, reflecting the Metro’s continued commitment to service quality. Safety remains a top priority, with the total incident frequency rate recorded at just 0.01.
To enhance connectivity, 30 Metro stations are covered by Metrolink services via 63 routes, while 10 Metro stations are served by Metroexpress.
