The Public Works Authority (Ashghal) has announced a temporary full closure of Al Corniche Street for traffic coming from the Old Doha Port intersection toward Al Diwan Interchange in both directions.

The closure will be in effect from 10:00 PM on Thursday, October 9, 2025, until 5:00 AM on Sunday, October 12, 2025, to facilitate reinstatement and road development works.

During this period, Ashghal urges motorists to adhere to the speed limit, follow all road signs and diversion routes, and use alternative nearby streets to reach their destinations safely and efficiently.

This temporary closure is part of Ashghal’s continuous efforts to enhance road infrastructure and improve traffic flow along one of Doha’s most prominent routes.
