Ashghal, the Public Works Authority, has announced a temporary full closure of Al-Corniche Street for traffic coming from Old Doha Port intersection toward Sharq intersection in both directions.

The closure will take effect from 10:00 PM on Thursday, October 2, 2025, until 5:00 AM on Sunday, October 5, 2025. The purpose of this closure is to carry out development works on asphalt layers and the renovation of road markings.

During this period, Ashghal has advised all road users to adhere to speed limits, use the available diversion routes, and consider rerouting through nearby streets to reach their destinations safely.

This temporary closure is part of ongoing efforts to enhance road quality and ensure safer and smoother travel across Doha.
