The Amiri Diwan has officially announced the Eid Al-Adha holiday schedule for ministries, government entities, public institutions, banks, and financial institutions in Qatar.

According to the announcement, the Eid Al-Adha holiday for ministries, government entities, and public institutions will begin on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, and continue until Saturday, May 30, 2026. Employees are expected to resume work on Sunday, May 31, 2026.

For institutions operating under the supervision of the Qatar Central Bank and the Qatar Financial Markets Authority, including banks and financial institutions, the holiday dates will be determined separately by the Governor of Qatar Central Bank.

The announcement comes as residents across Qatar prepare for Eid Al-Adha celebrations, family gatherings, and holiday activities during the festive break.
