Al Mamoura Family Park, located in Doha Municipality, is a charming green space with plenty to offer. Here’s everything you need to know before visiting this clean and peaceful park!

Note: As of 3 October, COVID-19 restrictions have been gradually lifted. However, visitors are advised to follow public health guidelines when gathering in parks or public areas.

Nestled in a quiet residential area, Al Mamoura Family Park features two entrance gates with convenient parking nearby. Upon entering, you’ll be greeted by lampposts, gazebos, lush trees, and manicured green lawns. A signboard provides directions to the park’s different areas, and there are 12 gazebos for visitors to relax in.

One of the park’s highlights is the abundance of healthy, mature trees, including plumeria, which provide natural shade for guests. Visitors can also find numerous granite benches scattered throughout, offering perfect spots to unwind.

For fitness enthusiasts, the park has three exercise machines available for public use, including a pull-up machine, an arms and hips trainer, and a recumbent bike. These are free to use, but only if you’re confident in using them safely.

Children can enjoy two dedicated play areas within the park. Play Area 1 is designed for kids aged 2-5, while Play Area 2 caters to those aged 5-12. Both areas are well-shaded and require adult supervision for a safe and enjoyable experience.

Essential facilities include three drinking water faucets and restrooms for men and women, conveniently located near the entrance.

To ensure a pleasant experience for all, the park enforces rules prohibiting large bicycles, scooters, campfires/barbecues, loudspeakers, littering, flower picking, smoking, pets, and inappropriate clothing. Football is allowed in designated areas only.
