Qatar Tourism Government Excellence Award has been presented to Qatar Tourism in recognition of its outstanding performance, institutional excellence, and commitment to advancing public-sector governance in line with national priorities.

The award was granted under the Qatar Government Excellence Programme, led by the Civil Service and Government Development Bureau (CGB). The programme honours government entities that demonstrate measurable impact, strong leadership, and sustained organisational performance.

The recognition follows a comprehensive assessment process conducted throughout 2025 and concluding in October 2025. During the evaluation, Qatar Tourism was assessed across four core pillars: leadership and strategy, value creation, institutional resources, and impact.

This achievement reflects Qatar Tourism’s consistent focus on strengthening governance frameworks, enhancing operational efficiency, and embedding a culture of excellence across its functions.

On this occasion, His Excellency Saad Bin Ali Al-Kharji, Chairman of Qatar Tourism, stated:
