Qatar Assistive Technology Center (Mada) announced the launch of the new Summer Camp 2025 for persons with disabilities, at its headquarters in Al Nasr Tower, during the months of July and August. The camp targets those of 10-15 years old with a passion for innovation and technology.
Mada explained that the camp aims to develop participants’ skills in robotics, artificial intelligence, and programming, within a comprehensive educational environment that takes into account their needs and contributes to building their technical capabilities and enhancing their self-confidence.
The camp will be held in three periods: the first for boys during the period of July 6-8, the second for girls during the period of July 13-15, and the third for the deaf category during the period of Aug. 17-19, under the supervision of a group of specialists in assistive technology and special education.
Media and Publication Officer at Mada Center Khalifa Al Mutlaq said that the camp reflects the center’s commitment to empowering persons with disabilities and supporting their active participation in society through innovative educational and technological initiatives that promote the principle of digital access and equal opportunities.
He called on guardians and educational institutions to register via the website www.mada.org.qa, and engage in this initiative that reflects Qatar’s vision for digital transformation and social inclusion.
